The following steps must be completed and will be used as criteria for decisions regarding program admissions and to develop a prioritized waiting list of qualified applicants. Qualified students who cannot be accepted initially will be notified that they are on a waiting list and as openings occur, they will be contacted.   Completed application along with a $60 application processing fee. Once a completed application is received along with the processing fee, our admissions department will assist in ensuring the following steps are completed: Submit a Personal Statement Complete the Nurse Entrance Exam (Practical Nursing Program Only) Pre-Entrance Health/Physical Examination (if required) Submit two letters of reference.
